Don’t let your massage coverage go to waste. Most employee group insurance coverage includes massage benefits. Your benefits can not be carried over year to year, so you would just lose out. Life is stressful, but now European Spa has made getting massages easier by offering direct billing to most major insurance companies. Benefits generally will cover 80-100% of the massage. Depending on your plan and insurance provider.
Please look into your plan to find out if you need a doctor’s note and how much is covered and when your year ends. We have discovered some renew part way through the year, but most are December 31. It is up to you to know the details of YOUR plan. We can not look up account balances or details of your policy.
Insurance direct billing is a privilege and is done through internet technology. European Spa can offer this privilege as long as the technologies and the insurance providers systems are in working order. Sometimes the systems have experienced down-times. It is rare, but can happen on occasion. If this happens, you are responsible to pay the full amount of the massage service and we will give you a receipt so you can submit it yourself.
We offer direct billing for the following companies:
A copy of your insurance card to fill out and sign a release form which allows us to direct bill for you. Make sure you have a doctor’s note if needed and submit that to your insurance provider
Booking: You can book online or by calling the spa directly. You will be asked to provide a credit card to hold your appointment. This is to only hold the appointment and will not be charged other than for a cancellation fee if applicable. Promptness: Arrive early, at least 10-15 minutes before your appointment. Unfortunately, arriving late will deprive you of precious time of your spa treatment. Treatments always end on time so the next guest is not delayed. Cancellations: The treatments you select have been reserved especially for you. A 24 hour cancellation notice is requested. Less than 24 hour notice or failure to show will result in a $50 cancellation fee being charged. Gratuities: To show appreciation to the staff for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
